Black Order Logistics is led by Omer, whose experience in logistics and delivery spans nearly 20 years. Around five years ago, he began working as a subcontractor within AO’s delivery operation—building hands-on expertise in two-man delivery, white goods and home installation.

Today, Black Order Logistics Ltd provides delivery and installation services within AO.com and Joybuy operations, with Joybuy part of the JD.com group. We bring that practical experience to every route, every crew and every customer handover.
